The Lagos Declaration (2025)

A speculative short film imagining a near future in which the African Union brings the repatriation debate to a close, not through negotiation, but through withdrawal. Created by IIP members as one speculative response to ask what it might look like for African nations to refuse the terms of a conversation that was never offered in good faith to begin with.
